How It Works

Step 1: Place Your Order

Place your order through our website, then take a screenshot of your order confirmation and send it to us via Instagram DM.

Step 2: Send Your Details

Answer our customization questions and upload the required photos. We'll guide you through everything we need to create your gift.

Step 3: Approve & Receive

We'll send you a custom design mockup for approval. Once you approve it, we'll print, prepare, and ship your personalized gift.

Shipping Policy

• Standard Orders: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
• Custom Orders: Require 10 to 15 business days for production and delivery.
• Urgent Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee of 200 EGP (Delivery within 7 to 10 business days).

Returns & Refunds

• Standard Returns: Must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees apply to all returns.
• Custom Orders: strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed after the item has been safely returned and inspected.
