We'll send you a custom design mockup for approval. Once you approve it, we'll print, prepare, and ship your personalized gift.

What We Need

Shipping Policy

Standard Orders: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
Custom Orders: Require 10 to 15 business days for production and delivery.
Urgent Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee of 200 EGP (Delivery within 7 to 10 business days).

Returns & Refunds

Standard Returns: Must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping fees apply to all returns.
Custom Orders: strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed after the item has been safely returned and inspected.
