Shipping Policy

• Custom Orders:  10 to 15 business days for production and delivery.
• Standard Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
• Urgent Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee of 200 EGP. Delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Returns:

• Must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Shipping fees apply to all returns

Custom Orders
Non-refundable and non-returnable
Exceptions only if:

• Item is defective
• Item arrives damaged

Refund Eligibility:
 Approved refunds are processed after the item is returned and inspected.

 

Exchange Policy

• Custom items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the product.
• Standard orders are eligible for exchange if requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Custom orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee once production has begun.

Important Notes

• Any photos or texts submitted with your order will be used exactly as provided.
• Please ensure that uploaded images are of high quality, as low-resolution files will affect the final result, especially in custom scrapbooks.
